My Background

Before transitioning to psychotherapy, I attended law school. However, my passion for psychology always prevailed, as I was the go-to person for advice and support among family and friends from a young age. In my 20s, traveling abroad prompted me to reassess my career goals and pursue a more meaningful path.

Continuously educating myself on effective psychological approaches and interventions, I integrate evidence-based methods with developmental neuroscience to better assist my clients. I firmly believe in our capacity for healing and cultivating transformative behaviors.

I find deep fulfillment in my work, caring for my clients and being an integral part of their transformational journeys. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology in New York and later completed my master’s degree in psychology in California. I have been working in the field since 2012, and since them receiving various training and certifications in evidence based clinical approaches.

About me

My morning routine is to take my English Labrador for a long walks while I do my morning meditation and gratitude practice. Outside my work, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I believe that our mind and body work as whole, and I like to connect body and mind in my practice. I practice Pilates and Yoga weekly. Traveling is one of my favorite things. Throughout my life I have enjoyed traveling to many countries, getting to know several diverse cultures, and learning new languages. These experiences have helped me to embrace seeing life from many different perspectives. My mindful and relaxing activities are gardening and decor.
